Incorporation - All the paperwork is signed and will be mailed out March 18th. Jeff is looking into directors insurance.

Laser - no discussion. held until later meeting.

Locker Move - The hackery has need of the corner which currently is occupied by our locker. There were no objections to moving the lockers.
